Sorry to hear about your troubles. I've known Darrin for quite some time. He's a standup guy with a great company and products. Have you called him and tried to rectify this issue? Ya might give it a try...

Second that about Darrin. If there is a problem all you have to do is talk with him and he will make good on things. Might be better than bashing someone you don't know on a public forum. Exhaust all the other avenue's first.

I'm sorry it has taken so long. Getting 250 shirts done for this first order of the season has me on a long hold for lead time from the shirt company. You made your order almost exactly when I made mine. I was given a 7 week lead time and they are due in any time now.

If you want a refund, no problem. I can refund you right now.
I'm not here to rip you, or any one else off.

Again, I'm sorry it took so long, it's just the pre-season ordering time to have everything in for the season.
I have the shirts done custom, and so the shirt company does not have them already done until I order them.

Real classy to come on here and rip the guy without doing anything to try and resolve your problem. I've never met him in person, but have talked with him quite a bit on the forums and he seems like a great guy, super helpful.

No doubt! I'm mad as heck myself...every time he tells me he is going to do something he DOES IT!! Coming over to the house and helping me install my throttle, bringing me shirts back from Puyallup, giving my buddies smokin' deals...your right, he's a real scumbag.

Darin has some good products and has been more than helpful with many guys on the forum.

I bought a lefty from Darrin and it's a great unit. AND, when he improved the design a little he sent me some update parts free. We need more guy's like Darrin in the aftermarket biz!

You should never call someone out on here and smear there rep without exhausting every other remedy to the problem. It's a real chicken $hit way to behave.

Darrin had great customer service when I got some custom made cables from him last year. He took the time on the phone to learn exactly what I needed on my project.

I have never met a more stand-up guy than Darrin. He helped me out more than once, he even drove all the way to Boise to help me with a extended brake line fitting He has always done good in my book & I will continue to do business with him whenever needed

only thing is the people cruzing threw the forums are going to spot the topic name without reading it and then tell everyone about how gravityworx is no good.

Can someone delete this thread or change the name. or delete the first post. This kind of stuff is the last thing people like darrin need. If i were in his shoes i would want people going around saying my company was bad and to never buy from them again.

Darrin has been on SW for a wile now one of the few older dealers that still supports our sport and is just not in it to make the $$ and get out like some on here now I'm sure like me works in the summer and does the sled stuff more in the winter and right now bolth so give him a break. A1 guy and great products.
