New thread for the Dubois side.

How is the snow? I hear it has been COLD. Hopefully not too much sugar as a result for high avy danger.

Headed there Saturday for a week.

Looks like you'll have the mountain to yourself Jeff - or maybe I'll go up to Cheyenne this week and put a sign up to direct some of the traffic north so they all don't end up riding the Snowy's next week......

Have fun up there -

Tony, you're going to have your hands full at the Snowies with all of your friends from your home state.

My folks are selling the place, so this might be the last YeeHaw as far as sledding trips go. In their old age they're tired of the cold and plowing the snow all winter, and hauling wood, and cutting wood, all that stuff. Arizona in the winter and they're buying a place in downtown Dubois for the summers. Must be hell to get old---all they ever wanted to do is live up there. Take it easy on the throttle!

Union

We live 15 miles from union pass and the snow is terrible up there. I would suggest togwotee. It is much better.

Bummer -

That is a great place to sled out of - when they do put it up for sale you should tell them to post it on here. It would be nice to see it go to a someone that will use it to ride out of. Are they giving up sledding totally?

I don't know if I have a 'home state' :) Colorado would probably be it, but I was born in NM, lived in WY, then MT, then WY, then CO, went to school in WY, then back to CO........ :)

I'm going to post it on here.....trying to find the time to get some pics pulled together.

Ahh, come on, you'll always be a Colorado greenie, right?

LEE---you said it right! Togwotee is better, including the night life, which is more about what sledding trips are for, right? Good call.
