drop and roll belt drive

Just wondering if any of you gearhead sled gurus have tried to drop and roll the quick drive system in order to put a 3 inch track on and maintain the stock size drivers. was thinking about putting my local machine shop to the task this summer if they figure they can do it.

I'm pretty sure my buddy's new 163/3" pro is a chain driven unit, but it's a good question you ask

Avid makes a drop and roll for the pro. It's a great setup. Mine is in a 12 with a chain drive, but they make a belt drive to fit the drop and roll. Will easy fit a 3 inch track on 8 tooth drivers. Kit also lowers the rear suspension. My 12 has had it in since new. No down side I have seen. Had a 15 pro with 7 tooth drivers and a 3 inch track. The 12 for sure worked better.
