hey guys this might seem like a retarded question but i have a 98 summit x 670 with a 144" running extraverts, if i change tracks to a 153" maverick from a nytro with the new 3" pitch will i be needing to get new driver's as well thanx

For this to work properly.
Switching from 2.52 pitch - 3.0 pitch, the distance from window to window almost 1/2" different.
Otherwise your drivers would be climbing in & out of engagement about every other window.

anybody know? who makes 9 tooth extroverts for 1 1/4 shaft size with the 3" pitch checked slp site and they only offer them to 8 tooth thanx someone must
I bought a set thru Hi-Performance Engineering a couple years back. Wahl Racing & Avid Products should have something also, shop around. Hope this helps.

Unless you have a big drop/roll you will need to run 7t extro's. 8's are about 1/2" OD bigger than your current 9's. 7's are about 1/2" OD smaller and will give you clearance for the bigger lugs.
thanx winter brew i went on avid's site and their was some info about the sizing issue , so i already made up my mind that 7's were probably the ticket for me
p.s regardless of manufacturer are all extroverts the same size e.g slp or avid's thanxI think he was making reference to a 8tooth driver in a 3.0 pitch is larger than a 9 tooth in 2.52 pitch- right?
