Drivers getting torn up

I ride a 05 king cat 162 efi with around 1400 miles on it. I recently had my track making a racheting sound while riding in the deep snow. I tired tightening and loosing my track and nothing helped. It even did it on the groomed snow when i was hard on the gas. I do have a anti stab kit and its mounted where the limiter straps. Pretty sure i need to move it forward but i checked my rail tips and they're smooth. What I found though is my two inside drivers teeth that are pointed to the inside towards the rail tips are chucking out on both sides. I have never seen this. also they are not anti rachet drivers. It looks like my new camo plast track clips are cutting my insides of my driver wheels. also this track that i installed has only about 5 rides or on it. also its only clipped every other one un like my old track was. Any help would be great. I will try to post pictures. Thanks, WEs

In the 1st pic, what is going on with the track clip? Basically what is infront of the driveshaft? Looks like it doesn't like the track clips as the rubber contact side of the drivers are fine. The one track clip looks like one side is wearing heavy? Are all the clips attached properly or disengaging from the track? I would assume it is a 3.00 pitch track like original?

Looks like the wrong pitch track. Measure and make sure it is a 3 pitch. Fits like a 2.86 off a doo.

Yes it must be another brand of track probably 2.86" P Also the track guide clips should have a narrow radius at the top edge, not cut flat to trowel out the plastic as it bends over the rubber nub. A 2.86 will ratchet as it will not fully seat on the 2nd or 3rd cogs.

Great I bought it from a guy online from this web site and he said it was a 3.0 pitch im pretty sure but all the sudden somethings not right with it. Ive had 4 rides or so and no problems then this all the sudden happened. How do i mesure the pitch?
Thanks,
Wes

Also Its a camo plast part#1602-996 162 x 15 x 2.25 So it should be a 3.0 pitch right?

Just measure between ctr. line of rubber drive lugs or inner to outer edge. If 162 then it should be 3" Or there should be 54 interior lugs, 57 on a 2.86 x 163"
As long as it is not torn, clips loose or bent then I think it is the design of the clips as there should be a full radius on the upward guides. You could take a dremel and a highspeed steel deburr tool and grind away. A small disc grinder would work also but be careful and not gouge the lugs either way. Other thing is to grind back the chewed up drive lugs. Also is the driveshaft bearings in good shape? Loosen track and check for shaft play especially on clutch side.
