Draining coolant

What's the best/easiest way to drain all the coolant out of the engine/coolers? I'm switching to Evans coolant and want get as much out as possible before and after I run the Evans coolant flush through the system.

Will using that method get all the coolant out of the block as well?I need to get as much out as physically possible to with this evans coolant.

if you use Compressed Air..

Yes it will..

Just take your time..

Also I would Flush a Little Through to Speed it up..

Should I remove the thermostat to do this or can it stay in?

It can stay in.. There is a small hole..

This is what is going to take the time to get it past it..

But ya i would keep it in..
