Location - front of thigh halfway from knee to hip
Pretty sure pulled or strained muscle.
Seems better if I stay mobile, tightens up if I sit around.
Able to do everything short of running.
Only issue is exceeding the pain free range of motion & sudden violent motion (slipped on ice today - wow!)
All in all I think I'm gonna be able to keep it, but another night on the bottle should be in order...don't you think?
