DP Auxiliary Injector Controller

We have developed an affordable controller to drive 1-4 extra injectors with reference to boost & RPM which is all plug n play. The controller will fire the injectors in "sequential" order. Meaning the auxiliary injector will fire at the same time as the stock injector. So if the mag stock injector triggers then the auxiliary injector will fire on the mag side simultaneously. This helps make a smooth transition into boost. Almost all other controllers out there are firing the Auxiliary injectors in batch. The controller will not compromise stock fueling and only tap on for the injector signals.

There will be several modes to adjust:
Mode 1 - Fuel turn on point with reference to boost. (ex: 0.5 - 4 psi**)
Mode 2 - Amount of fuel to be added at turn on point. (ex: 0 - 20%*)
Mode 3 - Upper boost threshold. (ex: 8 - 15 psi**) on board sensor
(ex: 8 - 28 psi**) on external 3 bar sensor
Mode 4 - Amount of fuel to be added at Upper boost threshold. (ex: 40 - 100%*)
Other modes are available for RPM based fueling if needed.

*All percentages are based off stock vehicles Max Pulse Width.
**All pressure are based on sea level atmospheric pressure.

Available for any fuel injected applications, a variety of connectors are available.
$250.00 (1 & 2 Injectors On Board Pressure)
$300.00 (1 & 2 Injectors External Pressure)
$300.00 (3 & 4 Injectors On Board Pressure)
$350.00 (3 & 4 Injectors External Pressure)

Any questions please give me a call.

Forgive the stupid question ... Is this new Controller available for an existing 2012 Silber Pro??

:focus:
I swore I would never respond to you again, but if you want to sling mud.
This product is no where close to what we offer as a kit for the Pro.
It is just another product that has not been tested by customers yet...just like the Vipec.

Someone will have to explain how firing an extra injector mounted before the throttle body has any relevance to injector timing of a stock injector being mounted in a transfer port.

At very least I don't try to trick my customers with things that have no relevance.
Boost-It products are tested over and over by us and our riding group for AT LEAST a full season before we market them.

Can't wait to ride with a Vipec controlled sled in BC. I mean I realllly can't wait.

i am sorry if i offended you ....AGAIN Neil. Pm sent.

:focus:

In other words...

basically same system as Vi-pec but for 900$ cheaper......way to go guys.

Isn't this what you have done for years with say 4 injector turbo kits that had the extra injectors in the airbox?

Boost it is a COMPLETE KIT designed for each application. You dont have to think about WHICH injectors to choose, fuel bosses, etc. This seems more just like another option for people, ESPECIALLY those doing one off stuff.

Gino, go troll elsewhere.

Does anyone actually know how we inject fuel, or are you guys just throwing out a guess? How many times do our injectors fire for each time the engine cranks? Any guesses?

Bottom line is our stuff works and it's proven. I just think there are haters out there because we are doing so much business. I can't imagine that Dave at Powderlites enjoys the fact that we have replaced over 70 Rapid Bike boxes that never had a hope of working in the mountains. Now the customers are more than happy just like they should have been the first time when they bought yet another unproven product.

Sooner or later the sled world is going to get tired of buying all of this unproven product.

At very least I don't try to trick my customers with things that have no relevance.

Neil, nobody doubting your stuff works, no one said that. like i have asked you in my PM minutes ago, please explain for all snowest members and me, not what your "turbo kit" or "where you inject fuel" differently....we know that, i simply want to know what is the difference with your injector driver than dobeck one, if both aren't fired until boost comes in.....what is different? simply want to learn. I am inviting you to explain by PM since we are on someone else thread. thanks.
p.s.: never have I stated your "system" or "turbo kit " was junk, we all know it is working good, just want to know ,again, what are the differences in both injector driver.

Isn't this what you have done for years with say 4 injector turbo kits that had the extra injectors in the airbox?

The main differences would be sequential vs batch, no fuel added on stock injectors and completely adjustable fuel vs boost curve. The other controllers out there from us are mostly just adjusting the fuel at your upper boost limit. If you are only running 7.5 psi and the code in the controller is set to 15 psi, once you start adjusting the fuel at max boost, this will be the fuel at 15 psi. So rather then the fuel changing 60% it will actually only be change 30% cause you are halfway down the boost curve.

This might sound confusing....just let me know and i'll try to explain it a little better.

This solution has been tested for years. I'm currently running it on my Carb XP with just an RPM reference to fire my injector. With sleds that have fuel injection stock I can make the controller smarter by using the stock injector pulse instead of a firing factor. This has also been used on a 1000 SDI, Arctic Pro Climbs, Pro RMKs and every single controller that has every been sold by Dobeck that uses Powerjets. We are just makeing a more refined fuel vs boost curve.

Is this the same controller coming with my 2013 silber kit?

thanks

This is a simplified version that is more universal designed for the "do it yourselfers".

Justin's controller will be utilizing more features such as fuel on stock injectors, stock temp/map sensor manipulation, external pressure and optimized code for his turbo kit with base settings.

I AM SO TIRED OF THIS B.S. KEEP IT ON TOPIC!
I am sorry that (in my opinion) was forced to defend my self. It is a sad state of affairs when a company like Precision has to stick his nose in everyone elses business just in hopes of capitalizing on it.

I do wish dobeck the best with this product. After all without them, who would have been turbo charging EFI sleds for all of these years.

If a company is introducing or promoting a product, another company has no business poking their nose in it.

I do know that if or when Vipec becomes and epic fail in the sled world (which they still could be), dobec will be there to help out the customers that had to guinea pig the Vipec ECU.

With respect to original post, I have deleted my response to Precision, if he has any class at all I would expect him to do the same.

does there happen to be any pictures of this box. like does it use lights or is there actual numbers that can be manipulated.
