I'm heading to Castlegar this afternoon, got the day off work.

I see today is your birthday Dan...Happy Birthday and hope you have a great ride today.

thks for the bday wishes... getting older every second... golfed 18 holes yesterday and feel like 55 today... tomorrow at 9 am at the cheveron, and same for sunday 9 am at the cheveron... sunday looks like the sunnny day, tomorrow looks like 6 inches of new snow up there... ha ha won't that be a blast...

Boolly chute was way harder than I thought, I doubt anyone will climb this one, but I gave it my best shot... actually I went into it too slow, I should have gone faster but it's hard june snow and really tricky to get the lines right and stay out of trouble.. lots of trenches and bomb holes to screw you up...

The Booly chute had slid and from a distance looked fine, but off cambre. so I went into it a little slower, thinking I could then put the hammer dwon and torque through the off cambre, but as I got close I noticed the entrance had a huge hole in the perfered line.. split second to abort and have a scary ride down from where I was or just go slightly left of the hole and torque through the top... way steeper and more slippery than I realized... no traction at half way and I got 20 ft from the top, and the sled stuck kinda at 1:30 on the clock, I stepped off to 11 oclock, and almost lost my footing... sled idalling with the skiis in the air...
