Doo oil cap leaking

My doo cap leaks alot of oil. Sled spent some time getting rolled out but not like I left it upside down and took a lunch break. Anyone else have this problem. Didn't leak out last year.
Yes it was tight.
Sure uses more oil also..

Do you have the aluminum sleeve installed in the neck of the tank so the neck stays round when you tighten it?

If not spend the $20 and get one, regardless of which cap you choose to use. They will all leak sooner or later without the aluminum sleeve!

Upside down a few times this year, once for at least 10 minutes. No leaky with the BRP cap. No sleeve, yet, either.

Obviously it doesn't vent properly judging by the amount of oil usage.

I will try the sleeve. Just bought one on eBay. Bmp for $10 shipped. Thanks

Agreed. You need the sleeve. The oil caps (any and all) will eventually distort the neck with miles/use/ heat. I have close to 15,000 miles on four Pro chassis-- these are just things you learn along the way...
