Don't let us down La Nina!!!!

First look outside this morning, it looks all wrong. Somewhere between 2 and 3 feet in conifer with more coming, and a whopping 2 to 3 inches in grand lake. It looks like I've gotten a lump of coal for Xmas.

What a waste of good snow!

I am hearing the 1st week of the new year has it in store for La Nina to kick into gear. Some are calling for her to come in angry and drop some good moisture onto the ground in the frozen form. Lets hope these models are correct!

does Durango still do the cloud seeding?
maybe they are stealing all the Colorado snow since Wolf Creek has most of it

I've heard similar. Something about the "artic oscillation phenomenom" has been f***ing us over lately, and it should reside soon. When its influence subsides, we get snow.:face-icon-small-con I hope.

This weather is a pain to watch! I plowed 14" out of my parents driveway in boulder today and got to summit later and there is still grass in our yard at 9600 feet!
