I have been scammed by this guy Tom Pattison, hes allover the forums making scams and I have showed him that I have read about them and he dont care and keeps saying im gonna have my shocks.

I have sent him 1280$ on paypal for a set of Evol X shocks for my -10 MTX se with shipping to Sweden,yes Im from Sweden so its a long trip for me goin there to get my money.

I feel sorry I cant kick my own *** for not googling this guys *** before I transfered the money, I didnt think Snowest had *******s on their board and I have never been scammed before so I just thought it was a good deal on a set of shocks.

I can pay any guy for the gas if you make this boy a visit..

I am very dissapointed that a young guy do this kind of stuff and cant understand whats goin on in hes head.

I agree, Open a dispute with Paypal. I think that since your the buyer you are on the good side of this. You will get your money back , unless he shows proof he shipped. Good luck.

Open a dispute with PayPal.
I've had crappy luck with them (Thanks: Ryan Yarrow, ie Jamie Finn, Trader01)...but you SHOULD get that dispute started.

I started a claim and today I got the money.

I payed him 8dec,started a claim on him 14jan and today 25jan Paypal returned my money. Very happy

Almost was got Stung!

After retuning a set of Junk Evol X's to Pooryder, I had to work pretty hard to get my money back! I suggest to keep on doing what you are, make everyone else aware that this DB is lurking about! Don't think that your the only one that is waiting to hear from this steaming pile.

Don't let off the dispute, it the only leverage that you'll have to see your money again.
