Does p85 ring gear effect throttle response?

Was just thinking about this after checking out patricks carbon clutch cover and titanium bolts. http://patrickcustomcarbon.com/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=29778

The carbon cover and bolts will save you 377 grams over stock and I have been told the engine revs up considerably and noticeably faster. On electric start models the ring gear on the clutch weights approx 600 grams "so I read" which is quite a bit more rotating mass. Has anyone ever compared a ES model to a none ES and be able to tell a difference in throttle response?

I ran race shop TRAs on modded ski-doo snox and summits in many years past - these were machined and balanced for maximum weight loss, and the difference could be felt in throttle response with the harder tracks or studs. I'm sure the e-start ring has an impact, both diameter and distance from crank end would also come into play. If you are running the 5.1, I would think the impact is reduced abit - not an attack 20, but not a comp track, either.
