Ok not a bash thread but I have customers that would like some custom built seats. So I try to call Boss and for a week and a half I have got nothing?? Did get to there voicemail box after 10min only to say it is full. E-mailed Kerry a few times and got no reply??

I know it's not just me as I had some other guys call me up and ask me the same. So does anyone know what the deal is?? Vacation maybe?? But still they should indicate that on there phone or something and it has not been just a day thing been over a full week.
 
i was told they are so busy with everything that they have pulled everyone to seats to get them done, i know we ordered alot of seats this year and with arctic cat they are swamped

Also how long does it take to E-mail me back??? I mean realy like 2min just to say they are busy and will get back to me would be nice. I did order 40+ seats last year it's not like I'm a fly by night 1-2 seats a year dealer.

Better off staying away from selling seats or find a different supplier. It's been a long time since i've heard anything positive about their customer service.
 
I'm in the same boat. Ordered seats last spring thru Gus only to find out the order got lost in the translation somewhere. Re-ordered via e-mail, told they don't do that anymore, faxed and phone confirmation, still it goes missing. Now There's no way of getting thru to them.......I'm stumped, it's never been this much of a blackout before. I'm trying again tmorrow.
 
I always hated dealing with Boss. To bad cause they have a good product but the wost service
 
Maybe try some smoke signals or the old two cans and a string:D Seriously though if someone knew what they were doing and made customer service #1 they could make a ton of money making seats.
 
Good product? Are you serious? Good idea maybe but the seats are pretty pathetic. Service is worse.

X 2 Boss sucks I think this is going to be the theme for the season maybe all you guys could just bungee a pillow to your tunnel! :D
 
Feather or synthetic pillow? Which do you think would weight less when wet? Course a down seat would still be warm when wet......
