Does anyone make a longer throttle cable not just an extender

I'm rasing my bars 6" and my cable is shot so I would like a longer "stock" model.

One from a carbed Firecat or M7 should work and are a lot longer.

I used the cable extension on my EFI. But that was before I found the longer cables. Yes the longer cable will work on a carb or efi. They both hook the same way.

One last Question. I removed the oil injection and pump on my sled. Is there a cable out there that I can use that is just a throttle cable, that doesn't split?

I believe some of the M's used a cable that didn't split. They then had a linkage of some sort to run the oil pump. I'll do a little checking and get back to this.

Edit: Looks like most (if not all) the EFI M's use a cable that doesn't split. RSI also appears to make one.

The Ms and the Fs use linkage to run the oil pump. So either one should work fine.

All EFI sleds use a linkage to run the oil pump, all carb sleds used a split throttle cable, with one going to the oil pump

Yes that is true. I was talking about the newer ones. I have yet to see a newer one that is carbed. I didn't specify very well.

lets clarify that just a little. The NEWER cat EFI's as in the M series sleds all use a linkage. The 1M chassis EFI and carb still use a split cable to run the oil pump.
