Does Anyone here Shoot IDPA or USPSA?

I'm looking at taking up IDPA and was wondering if I could get some opinions on a 9mm over a 40 s&w in these events.

I know in USPSA a 40 s&w gets you into Major for scoring, but if your accurate it does not matter.

I was going to get a 40 s&w, but since I'm already set-up for reloading a 9mm, I'm thinking just staying at that caliber.

Any opinions?
