DIY suspension mods to keep the front down?

Hey guys. I have a KK 162 skid under my turbo rx-1. I'm wondering if you guys had any secrets on keeping the front down with one of these skids without making it have a huge amount of ski pressure. I'd like to not have to suck the limiter strap all the way up. I already have the rear springs set to the stiffest setting. I was also wondering about moving the front shock mount on the rear skid to the other mounting position? I've seen the ovs wheelie control kits, but he doesn't make them for the kk. Any input would help.

Lots of guys like a drop bracket on the king cat. It does add a little ski pressure but not to much. What skid do you have? The 04 mountain cat and 06 king cat skid is different then the 04 and 05 king. The 04-05 king skid has a longer lower scissor arm. the 04 mountain and 06 king run a shorter one. The longer arm makes more ski pressure. Maybe you can just change that, or build some sort of drop bracket that has 2-3 holes so you can easily change it and see what you like.

Maybe I should have specified, the drop bracket goes between the tunnel and the rear arm. So you can adjust where the rear of the skid is mounted to the sled.

I do have a fabcraft drop bracket with three holes. And its supposed to be an '06 skid. I does hold the front down pretty good, but I was wondering about putting some of the rubber stops so that it can't transfer as much. Kinda like the ovs wheelie control for the newer skids.
