Different suspension options for PRO

D

DRAPE

I have an 08' dragon with a complete timbersled skid and fox floats 2 all around. I switched them out for the stock WE's because I think we all know the stock WE's weren't that great.

I believe that Polaris has addressed the issue and has a better suspension setup on the Pro's than the dragons. I'd like to hear your opinions on the Pro suspension - front and rear. Are people changing them out? Or are they sufficient?

I've purchased a 12' Pro 163 and will be riding stock. Thanks!

yes the front and rear suspension are 100 times better then your dragon.. ride it and you be the judge.... see how you like it. just not other peoples opinions!

Great, that was the plan. Still interested in opinions and conversation.

I had a chance to ride a pro exactly like mine...except it had the Fox Evol shocks up front. There was a pretty big difference. Was it 1800 dollars worth of difference? Tough call.

The Walker Evans shocks can be rebuilt and revalved with Fox Zero Pro guts. They work much better than stock and the modifications are way less expensive than new shocks. Check with Carl's Cycle Sales in Boise for particulars. They did mine last year. A worthwhile investment as far as I am concerned.
