did you start out riding atv before sledding

You have no idea what these things are capable with a comment like that. Once you actually see a purpose built rzr with a professional driver you might rethink that! 93mph out of a rzr 900 in sand that is a legal Lucas Oil Short Course race car is something to see! Just a smaller version of the Lucas oil trucks.

no doubt the rzr can be tricked out... but some of us must use body english and ride a tight rope to feel alive, i had a rzr 4 last year because my boy was too young to ride a bike, now hes not and rips a POS PW50. i found this rzr machine to be complete torture to a fella like me, its too restrictive and gave me back pain, maybe its a tall guy thing or rather a guy tall thing who can still climb a very tall mountain and wrestle a bear

I see what your saying and I see how you feel. I get a bigger adrenaline rush out of taking a lap with my buddy in his Lucas Oil rzr than I do coming inches away from wiping out on my dirt scooter. I guess I have just had the insight and first hand experience with real race utvs.

A pro could ride a road racing bicycle a hell of a lot faster than me, but I still think it's lame.

started out on mini bikes when I was 3 starting racing when I was 10. rode 2 wheels until my first trip to the dunes when I was 21 then slowly started riding quads more. gave up 2 wheels in my mid 30's, kinda of a mandate from the little woman;) now I ride spring and fall, boat mostly during the summer months but still get a ride in here and there. been sledding since the mid 90's. quads are sweet, I like being able to ride anytime and its so much closer to home. I can quad 10 minutes from my house snow is an hour and a half away at the closest. sleds are most definitely more of a rush, a lot more pushing the edge. but the prices are really starting to get a little ridiculous.

I started riding sleds in 1976. Didn't ride an 3-wheeler until 1986.

Hey, I see Polaris released their 1000cc RZR in the 2-seater.
107hp. FRICK, that's going to be fast.

I have buddies with 30k into RZR's, way more than that into Buggies, and just about every other toy known to man... I used to race subies in the dirt, and I don't think Rally belongs in X games either, it's not a CUT on RZR's I just don't see it being a "sport"... I don't think Nascar is a sport either though, but nobody is talking about putting that into xgames.

They're fun, they ARE cool, but I just don't want to see them (or a jeep, or a rock buggy) in X games.
