OK, as long as we agree it's probably a fake.

Does the cultural uniqueness, of a greeting, bother you? It's not a bow. At least from my understanding of Saudi greetings. A bow is subservient. I think a kiss; is a greeting in that culture. Good thing he didn't go to a Scottish cultural event, people would say he was cross dressing.

I don't think he's going to subserve the US to Japan. I think it's all part of the saying "sorry", for the US, about everything.

It was a joke. I don't know why, we'd have to ask BO. I tried connecting to his mind, and reading it, but either the connection isn't working, or there's no content on the other side.
