If you aren't committed to party lines and/or sniffing a lot of Trump brand glue, it's remarkably easy to strongly dislike Donald Trump, his enablers, and the era of hate and garbage information brought with.....without being a generally hateful person. Like really easy. Like the easiest thing I've ever done in my life.

I am still a bit confused as to why so many Democrates rushed the capital building today, broke in to the house and senate chambers, attacked police, and are protesting. if these people were republicans we all know they would be protesting the right way Since everyone knows and most of you have already pointed out that democrats are the only ones who blatantly promote violence Can someone help me understand why Democrats are protesting in Washington again?

Extremely strange Hawkster writing patterns aside, the Capitol Hill scene is super messed up. Something out of Burma, but with nicer décor. USA is in a weird, weird place.

Donny could have stopped it in an instant with one word-STOP-and just like jim Jones’s followers in the people’s temple they would have. He should be impeached and indicted for inciting a riot and also held liable for the woman that was killed.

What a joke. The show's over...they need to remove trump and stuff pence in there for the last bit....before captain moron punches even more holes in a sinking ship. It's tough to admit an unstable idiot made it through the cracks to the highest office; heck, even the high-up dems hate to say it....but whether on small or grand scale, sh!t happens and you gotta deal with it. No good can come from donny occupying any office this side of a golf cart at this point.

Well, sitting here watching the news I will admit that I am ashamed of the actions of many today.
When I tuned in early afternoon I saw people simply waving Trump and US flags. I had hoped (and assumed) it would remain peaceful. Sadly that was not the case. There is no justifying these actions. It was stupid as it badly hurt the very cause they were there supporting.
I have not seen Trump's response, but it appears that he fell short of condemning today's actions while Pence broke ranks and actually did say what needed to be said. Again I didn't see the speeches, but that's the jist I'm getting from the news?
The whole thing is disappointing.

To be clear, this woman was shot by a law enforcement officer. A justifiable shooting under the circumstances.
Why wasn't this level of force used when cities were burning last summer?
