The Texas election complaint of the election procedures in 4 battleground States, according to attorneys, isn't worth the toilet paper that it was hurriedly scribbled on. Watch this critic:

Most reasonable conservative sources are saying the same thing as Georgie including Johnathan turley, Ben Ginsberg and even one of the senators from Texas.
Ask yourself this-what’s the real end game here? Even if the court takes the case and even if they agree with some of it (they won’t) they will never pull the electoral votes from those states and hand it to Donny. If this case was real they would have filed it before the election, not after once their guy lost and not in only the “swing” states. The end game here is to keep the base riled up and keep them doubtful. Donny has taken this way further than anyone in their right mind would have, and he has no way out now. It’s gonna get really messy, and you trumpies that buy this BS are gonna own it. Is that really what you want?

My bet is the supreme court didn't take the Pennsylvania case because it wasn't outcome determinative. This case is outcome determinative. 62 electoral votes. If it goes by the constitution it will get kicked to the legislature. If they can't decide it will go to congress. It won't be nancy.

They didn't grant the emergency stay on the electors !! Case is still active!! And you are correct about the Texas case
I knew they didn't throw out the pa case like the fake news wants you to believe. It is still on the docket but I don't believe they will take it because it is not outcome determinative. The texas case is the last stand. If they go by the constitution it will get kicked to the legislature. If they can't pick it goes to Congress. I guess we will find out whether the constitution means anything or not this week.

There is one tiny problem with the Texas case. like all the other case that were filed. it lacks any legal merit. But go ahead and hope that the orange God will be successful and the rest of us will watch as the electoral college on 12/14/20 will certify the election results and votes in #46 and then watch him being sworn in on the 1/20/21

So exactly how is it going by the constitution to have one state try and dictate how another state runs it’s election?? How is it by the constitution to throw out the will of the people on a BS technicality, subvert the election and install a dictator? How exactly did those states and only those 4 states violate the constitution leading up to the election? Look it up, they didn’t. Those who forget the lessons of history are doomed to repeat them...
Also, if this case had any merit then it would affect the votes of pretty well every state considering what went down in the 4 states in “question “ happened in all the rest. If this case had any merit it would have been filed before the election, not after. No way SCOTUS disenfranchises that many voters that voted in good faith, especially when zero fraud has been brought into court let alone proven.

All of these states went agaist election laws or state constitutions. Secretary of states made changes that they didn't have the right to do. It is the state legislature. They used covid as an excuse. They are disenfranchising other states electors that did it right. They violated the equal protection clause. Listen to alan dershowitz and jay sekulo instead of that loon George Conway. There is a pile of fraud imo but I've said they violated their state laws all along. Not something I just jumped on board with. Your no fraud is a joke. Whether there is enough to over turn. My bet there is plenty. Plenty of votes that would've been thrown out last time and should've this time because of late or signtures or not filled out properly or not a resident or dead or not a resident or underage. Again, how are the changes to voting in those states made prior to the election any different than changes made in other states including many that went to trump? Texas cut the number of ballot drop boxes to one per county and made it very difficult for many to vote at the last minute and not at the order of the legislature. By your logic I guess Texas should be disenfranchised too?
Dershowitz said there is virtually no chance this will go anywhere. Ben Ginsberg, who represented George W in the 2000 election lawsuits, said the same thing. Seklow? More of a partisan hack than Conway.

I heard about texas and the drop boxes but i don't know what they did or what texas law is. Maybe they violated their laws also. I don't know. I do know the 4 states in question violated their laws or constitution. Legislatures make the laws not the governor's or secretaries of state. I don't believe sekulow is a hack. Oh yeah, the legislature in Pennsylvania passed the election laws there and the governor signed them. How’s that against the constitution?
Once again, please provide specific information on how any election law changes in those 4 states were different than the changes in any other. You can’t because it doesn’t exist.
The whole purpose of this lawsuit isn’t to follow the constitution, it’s to build mistrust in the system and steal the election.
