diaphram seal on mcx turbo leaking

my buddys 2008 nytro has a mcx turbo kit on it, and last year during the cold periods the diaphram in his turbo would leak after the oil would build to much pressure. anyone else having this problem and/or any solutions?
we tried to idle the sled for a long time to let the oil warm up. And would just start the sled then ride it, both ways the seal would leak and oil would burn in the exhaust. spring riding was ok, no leaks or burning oil.
when sled was left in a shop overnight before a ride the seal wouldnt leak either.

The return oil pump may have an issue. Heard of a few that took a dump. Right hand side of the engine behind the oil reservoir.

make sure the return line isn't pinched too.

Yup pull your pump apart and have a look...I had one that took a dump last winter.
