Quit the gap going out of the sled. And is the exhaust sensor going melt against the can? Guessing should be ok since the first few inches coming out of the sensor is sturdy.

Pics attached - anyone else install one on their Matryx yet?

I have seen the rubber sleeve melt when resting on the can. You can ziptie it up so that it won't contact it. As for the hole I don't think that's a huge issue but you can definitely gasket it with something that can handle heat.

Sensor should be fine but the gap is concerning. I have the same can just no sled yet. Interested in what you find out

Good point on the gasket and easy enough fix; yet the flip side is for a top of the line can the fit should be perfect or Diamond S should provide something.

I sold a customer a SSI titanium can for his khaos matryx and the fit and finish sure looked a lot better than that. The inlet to the can was all mandrel bent and real smooth. I never saw it installed so I can't comment on the fit at the exhaust outlet.

Those SSI are loud..... Land closing loud.

For the love of riding and open riding areas don't run those.... or SELL them either.

Contact diamond s they had a wrong batch made. They should take it back and give you a correct one

Buddy just installed an SSI can; I haven't heard it yet but he commented that it's loud.

I talked to Diamond S - they said nothing to worry about. Talked to local dealer who is a good dealer, they said that gap is no big deal, more snow will come in through panels on the sled.

Not saying you should have to but you could easily pop out those rivets on the exhaust hole gasket and add a new one that fits appropriately with a smaller hole.

Search this on Amazon for a good material recommendation. B01N4KVHYD
