Sensor should be fine but the gap is concerning. I have the same can just no sled yet. Interested in what you find outQuit the gap going out of the sled. And is the exhaust sensor going melt against the can? Guessing should be ok since the first few inches coming out of the sensor is sturdy.

I have seen the rubber sleeve melt when resting on the can. You can ziptie it up so that it won't contact it. As for the hole I don't think that's a huge issue but you can definitely gasket it with something that can handle heat.
Those SSI are loud..... Land closing loud.I sold a customer a SSI titanium can for his khaos matryx and the fit and finish sure looked a lot better than that. The inlet to the can was all mandrel bent and real smooth. I never saw it installed so I can't comment on the fit at the exhaust outlet.

For the love of riding and open riding areas don't run those.... or SELL them either.
