Dialing in the BD box at a diffrent elevation.

Can you dial in the boondocker box at sea level if you ride at 7000'. Can you dial it in for a diffrent rpm even though you are at a diffrent elevation. The sleds are supposed to make adjustments on there own for elevation and air density. I have a 07 m1000 just trying to get rid of my rich bottom end. I am just starting to dive in to the negative numbers on the 3000 and 5000. Help please.

P.S. I will add that since this post I have gotten my box updated to the latest software and it does do better, but it is STILL elevation and temperature finicky! Way better than last season though
