DeWalt Jigsaw

So I have this 18V DeWalt Jigsaw, and the damned blade will not stay in.
The blades are DeWalt, so I cannot see how they should be an issue.
The thing is a year old, but I just used it for the first time, so it can't be worn.
Pulling my hair out......anyone else experience this?

Yep, I had the same thing. You need to use the t shank blade.
