Would be nice if peeps would post some numbers from personal riding expierence. Looking for max boost levels run with no deto,fuel octane and riding elevation. Don't really care which kit the more the better. Will be interesting to see what the difference between different kits is. I'll start 09 M6,Cutler stage 2 and some headwork. Running 9-9.5 lbs on straight 91 at 2200-7000 feet no signs of deto. Have a buddy with a borescope. On a side note could anyone tell me what the max amount of boost the Cutler stage 2 is capable of without secondary injectors? This is of course with proper fuel. Anyways post up some info boys.
 
09 HCR twisted rg with big turbo, 6lbs sometime 7lbs at 8-10000ft, non ethanol 91 octane. Had it up to 10lbs on straight av and think I can push 11lb maybe 12lb, I will have to throw a little more clutch weight at it and give it a try.

2 cutler stage II's,

one (09) hits 15 psi on 2 gal 116 mixed with 91, and 9.5 on 91
other (11 with 09 head) needs 4 gal 116 , or straight av to run 14 never run it on straight pump.

This is at 11-13k.
 
09 TM901 PG/RG Turbo sno pro 153

boonie rg/pg kit running 7 on 91 non etanol 4-8000 feet, if i crank it up it detos at 7.3 at 6000 feet, if i run straight avgas plan on 8.5-9 psi or 91 and 5 gallons of 110 run 8.5-9 psi 4-8000 feet
 
07 m8 twisted rg. On straight av i have run 12# at 7000' but prefer running about 70% av to 30% 91 pulling 9-10# at around 7000' . bottom end seems cleaner with some pump mixed in. And 9# is pleanty to make my friends sleds look silly lol!
 
Ran 12.2lbs on av and 1+ gal of 91 at 10000ft, no det, but I was turning near 8400rpm so I didn't try any higher.

08 1000 CPC stage 3 pump gas acuator
7 LB on 91, up to 9lb on 5 gal 110 rest 91, running straight 110 now an have only turned it up to 11lb. I would like to try more but dont want rebuild.
 
2010 m8 3500'-6000'
straight avgas
turned it up as much as 9lbs no deto

with 2 gal 91 rest avgas, at 6000' and 9lbs i got the octane code thrown at me, no det code.... charge temps were pretty warm that time too...

oh ya this is a bd rg kit with cooler
 
push turbo

2010 m8 with push pg tial kit stock head but 2 deg. Key. This season 500 miles at 900ft. Running straight 100LL @ 8psi. I also put about 1000mi. @ 7500+ft. Running 8psi on 50/50 prem/100LL. Ran geat I did hit oct. Code a couple times but usually only when aired out under full throttle hitting rev limiter.
 
OVS TIAL

09 M8 OVS Tial. Running 100LL 11 pounds of boost 9200' - 10500'. Close to 1000 miles on it since I bought it no codes to date and pistons and cylinders look fine. Did just have to clean up the plugs, even running iridium the lead builds up. It is amazing how much more fuel a second set of injectors can use. Powder day pinned throttle and boost all day 47 miles. Snow packed spring ride no boost 87 miles and still had fuel.
 
Started running a new oil and was running 9lbs at 9000ft with maybe 1/2 gal of av left in it. Might have hit the det once but not sure and it was real warm out to. I have also pushed it to 13.3lbs on av at 10000ft, without getting a det code.
 
09' M8 BDPG with CPC Low Compression Turbo Head 43cc, 1300 miles on turbo.
3500-5000ft running straight 91 octane max 8.6psi. i never get hit det sensor
and i haven't reached the limit of detonation.

OVS Tial RG with cooler and turbo pipe. 4500 to 6500 feet 112 Torco det code at 17 pounds and A/F at 14.2 but boy was I haulinazzzzzzz. If I can keep the pipe hot I can get way more out of her. If I use stock pipe wrapped 19 pounds.

Starting to wonder if Turbo pipe is tuned for higher elevations
 
10 dragon, with hm aerocharger kit and intercooler, 1/2 110 octan and 1/2 pump 91 octan, at 10-12 psi, see level.Never seen det

3-6k 10-11 lbs. Tial m8 no cooler rg kit running 100ll 2500 miles

09 BDPG. 2gal of 110 running 9-10 lbs. No deto. 9-12k feet. Over 2500 miles on sled now.

Thinking about the timing mod with 2010 head and same limits. More bottom end.
