How do I figure out what length belt to use on my mod??

You need to determine a center to center. Use a common one then use the belt from that sled.
Yes the center to conter length from the pto shaft to jack shaft And the diameter of your cluches will be what makes your belt size . Let us know what you got some one on here probly has used the combo you have and will help you out .

Im using a Polaris 700 in a snowhawk that came with a 503, Ive also changed the button clutch to an AC roller. The centerline of the crank is about 1/4" higher on the new motor..
