Try it, I respectfully disagree with you on this, in my experience the spring digs into the washer, which in turn digs into the metal, which gives the spring even more material to bind up with, I also know several others that have tried with same results, maybe your results of doing this have differed but you'd be the first I've heard of that worked...have you actually tried it or are you shooting from the hip!?!? Maybe some other peeps could chime in here on their results with this and if it worked or not, and if you did it from new or after there was already wear starting, and what your results were. Like I said I have not heard any good results that would warrant doing it with the SLP Delrins. I would go INDYDAN.
I have delrin washers from indydan on my poo primary about half of last season after snapping my primary spring, about 450 miles and still looks good.
