Denver Post writing an article about closing backpacking in Camp Hale

Time to comment. Keep the comments clean. The guy is just writing story about it. I know this is about the closing of backpacking in the area but it is a slope that will eventually lead to snowmobiling not being allowed either.

We're working on a story about people who camp each summer at Camp Hale at White River National Forest near Minturn. Forest officials are restricting backpack camping next summer, and we'd like your thoughts and opinions. Contact reporter Jordan Steffen at jsteffen@denverpost.com or 303-954-1794.

Another person to contact is Scott Fitzwilliams. Scott is a good guy from what I have heard. He is pro-snowmobile, so just let him know that you use the area and don't want public land closed and taken away from the public.
