Donnelly flats and coal mine area actually had some snow, maybe a half a foot or so, but yesterday and the day before that delta wind came in a started blowing hard. I don't think the delta is frozen, but I have seen snowmachine tracks out by donnelly subdivision. There is actually decent snow in the ditches near black rapids, more than has been in years.
