Start again from the beginning.
Suspend the sled one end at a time. Loosen all springs until they just touch the adjuster. Tighten the fronts and the middle about 3 or 4 turns to start.
Next, tighten the back spring abit at a time until it just starts to keep the front of the rails off the floor as you let it down (might take a few tries but don't go past it yet, this should leave the limiter strap tight).
Then check ski alignment and toe and set track tension (in your manual).
Now you need some help. Sit on the sled with all your gear on the tunnel behind the seat. Have your friend check the limiter strap. You should set the rear shock preload with this skid so when your on the sled the limiter strap is just started to get loose ( bit of play, not snug but not loose).
Do a quick check on shock condition by pushing down hard on the front and then the rear bumper. It should come back but not "spring" back.
If this is not a comfy set up, your springs are way out (I like straight rate springs on this skid). If it is then ride for a while and read your owners manual on what spring adjustments can do and think about it.
Start with the middle spring and learn the effects of that adjustment before doing anything else.
Hope it helps.
