Has to be a prank. I deal with a lot of stupid people on a day to day basis, and I can't believe there is someone out there that stupid. Even if she is from North Dakota Kidding, don't all you North Dakota members crucify me now, all in good fun!

I have lived in ND my whole life and I happen to know as a fact that there are people this stupid in ND but to be fair I think these idiots are all over the world and sadly there is nothing we can do about it but laugh at them
