i just went for my first ride of year and just got my jaws twin pipes on with a pure logic contoller. was having a great day until after turning out on my last pull up the mountain it was like someone shut off the switch on my sled. after coasting down the hill to a stop, i pulled a plug (which was a nice color of tan), i found no spark. i then rewired the sled back to stock and still found no spark. what is the porblem. I have never heard of a controller blowing the cdi box. anyone else have a problem like this. The sled ran great all day. it was pulling exactly 8000 rpms all the time. it was a little rough at low rpms, and took an extra pull to start, but that is just some fine tuning on the pure logic controller.

the jaws probably melted a wire somewhere...alot of heat...ps i will buy your jaws..if the price is right ..
Kill switch or stator?
not sure. looked at it for a few hours this morning before taking it to dealership. Couln't find any broken or melted wires anywhere. Guys at dealership were scratching their heads this morning as well. A stator shouldn't go off like a switch. So I still don't know what is wrong. I still think it is a bad cdi box?????
