Sorry so late everyone.:o

I wanna say Jeff Burton, but RCR has not been at their best,
so ....................(this hurts me)......................
Jimmie Johnson

:(

That must of been a tough one to watch with 6 Hendrick cars in the top 7.:D It was good to see Mark win it.

Does anyone feel the same as me???

Junior finished 27th. His excuse last year was equipment. Well, that just doesn't fly anymore (notice Quote). I think it is time for him to hang it up and focus on ownership or something else!!
And while at it, so should Michael Waltrip.

The BowTie boys (particularly Hendrick) kicked serious butt last night.
Good to see martin win!
Sucks to see 24 & 48 do well!

Smoke is close, he WILL win soon.

I don't think Jr. should "hang it up". Yeah, the whole package seems to just suck right now but he can win and someday it'll come back. But, you can't keep running 20th, pitting in 20th and coming out in 20th and expect to run any better than 20th. There seems to be no strategy going on with them and maybe it's all the hype that's getting put on this that is bringing his performance down??? These issues on pit road are not common with him.

When Johnson can come back in a car with 0 laps in practice, a lap down, a spin on pit road and finish like he did...... Gordon had his share of trouble and would up with a good finish.... Martin did allright :D, and yet Jr. looked like he just joined the circuit... again. I watched the race today and just though, man, this guy (team) sucks and yet he's the most popular driver????

I would bet there will be some discussion and possibly even some changes in that camp, it'll take a major swing of events though to get them into the Chase.

Newman and Stewart will be a force to be reckoned with, I'm glad to see them doing so good.

The answer is becoming blatantly obvious in my mind anyhow. Rick Hendrick needs to fire/reassign Tony Eury Jr. It's just that simple. This thing between the Jr. and Tony has gotten mighty stale. I'm not even saying it's all Eury's fault. There's been plenty of times where Tony will make a call on an adjustment or strategy and Jr. overrides him. They need a take no chit crew chief who's gonna make a call and make the driver like it. TE Jr. has been with DE Jr. long enough that he's just a yes man at this point.

I like Jr but when was the last time he won a cup race? Yesterday he taged the wall again and again it was his fault. Ever since his big wreck, he has lost the edge (some nerve to be blunt) to be agressive enough to compete. Look at Jimmy, a lap down and came back to a top 5 finish. If he were to win a cup race he would be OK for this season, but my bet is if he doesn't, Hendricks Racing won't be using him next year.

To the azzhat that gave me red for this, everyone has the right to an opinion.....even you. The difference between us is that I wouldn't stoop to the "low no class" level to red rep you for giving yours. Grow up!

Bottom line is Eury Jr. has to go. I think it is all head games in the 88 stables. To many stubborn decisions being made.

It's pretty bad when the most popular driver in the sport is easily the worst team in the Hendrick stable (yes I'm including Keselowski's 25 car, and the Stewart/Haas cars)
