Received an e-mail from Daniel Summit Lodge saying the trails are open. Anybody been up that way. It would suggest the trail heads up around strawberry are open?

Call "mnt pull" at www.uintarecreation.com his shop is close and he would know the if its worth the drive. Daniels summit has to rent sleds to tourists and book the hotel so they might be pushing it a little. I know I'm waitng for a least one more storm and I ride there alot.

I was up there yesterday. Rode from the Clyde Creek parking lot and made it all the way to the lodge. Be leary of how fast you're going down the trail as there are quite a few rocks still showing on the trail. I have also been up Snake Creek recently as well as Lake Creek and both of those are better options than daniels summit.

Trails grommed and in good condition
I rode the loop yesterday. You need to stay on the trail for the most part. Found a few spots in the trees, but still hit plenty of snags.
