Dangerous Footwell vents!

I have two ?'s

1-if you are a minor, what about your parents or guardians insurance? If they dont have it then shame on them for letting you or for suporting you in purchasing a sled when obviously you cant affortd it right now.

2-maybe you need to sell the sled to pay YOUR OWN DAM BILLS!!!!!!!!

This is the problem with this country. We have half the people that work their a** off to make a living and maybe have some winter fun(or whatever they think is fun) and half the pepole just want and think everyone else should hand them what they want on a golden dam platter!!!

Ya know come to think of it-this last weekend we were fortunate to have a ton of new snow and dam it my sled wouldnt go through three feet of fresh snow any where i pointed it. Dam is my back sore from digging out all day. I think I am gonna sue polaris for not making a machine that will do whatever i want it to, whenever i want it to as well as the bottle of alive i needed to take to make the old back feel better!!!! Thats not asking too much, only few bucks for the pain. Whats it to a company like Polaris??

Maybe now that I have ranted a little you can see and hear how ridicouls your wanting to sue is!!! Give me a dam break and man up and look after youreslf, after all you have to look at yourself everday in the mirror not us.

Sledding is a sport loaded with risks and injury. You, personally assume that when you ride. To sue PROlaris over you being a dumbas$ is Bullsh*t!

But now you have me thinking. I sprained my wrist catching a stump 3 weeks ago. Then I aggravated it and re-sprained it last Friday when my sled nose dove into a snowpacked drift. I should sue Ski-Doo for making such an awesome sled, thus enabling me to become addicted to riding it, unable to control my desires I went out and injured myself again. I'm calling my lawyer right now.

I want to say this. When you were 15 chances are you were tight on cash right? Well sure I have money else where but there's stuff I want and somewhat need that my money will be going to. Now that this has occurred they money is going else where. The computer that money was going to replace is 4 years old and has about the same processing power as the average netbook. Try editing videos and controlling large file movements and not only that but multiple programs and monitors being run just to do a project for school.

$600 is nothing to Poo. But for a minor that still can't have a job it's a lot of neighborhood work.

I'm with the others on how the h*** you cut your knee. My knee hit the right side last year, bent it pretty good and then this year my knee hit the left side and bent it as well. All I got was a bruised knee and it didn't even tear my bibs.

Did I say anything about me suing them? Well I guess it goes both ways. It was initially my parents idea for them to replace the vents. I had thought about medical. I never even contacted a lawyer. We're making our own vents and I just want the damn thing to heal. Thanks for the flame Andrew. I was asking a question about vents but get lectured because of an idea.

I have never worn knee pads. Still probably never will. I get good bruises but never cuts. I can live with a bruise.

As far as the age thing goes. There is no legal age limit in the state of Washington. So what am I supposed to ride? No pain no game? I know I love that motto. I pretty much live by it. The only thing is, there was no pain.

Thanks for the bad rep TheBreeze, just because the country is f****d up doesn't mean you can thumbs down a post that was talking about vents. I personally hate it when people sue others for stupid s**t but I guess the one time I saw it acceptable (an obvious design flaw IMHO) is completely ridiculous to another.
