Damn Police

Ok! you go ahead with that! I am teaching my kids that cops for the most part are stooges for azzhole politicians and the stupid laws they make! That kinda of *****whipped mentality is what has let this country slip to the point it has!I will teach my kids to respect themselves and those who also have the same level of self respect most cops are ego maniac morons that don't understand the true consiqences of the laws they enforce or they wouldn't. Take your seat belt laws for example! 75.00 fine that does nothing but generate revenue for the cops ! there are hundreds of laws like this! Personally I couldn't give a chit about most of the laws so long as what I do does not hurt anyone else whos business is it but mine ?

Your fight lies not with policemen but with politicians.. you are fighting the wrong end of the stick. ;)

I agree 100%, but that's a whole 'nuther debate.

We are seeing far too many kids who have zero respect for their teachers (just how much do you think they can learn with that attitude?)

Usually this bad attitude has been bread into the kids from what they have seen from their parents behavior over the years.

Your right !Kids these days are out of control but the dogooder libs of the world have taken the power to stop it out of our hands. there is no consiquence for anything even to the point there is little to fear from the legal system except for those of us who pay the bill! I also agree it is the fault of the parents in most cases. My kids will likely hate cops as I do but will be smart enough to choose there battles wisley . They will know the difference in wrong and right and the law!

i agree with many of the points here, i try to be polite and cooperative to the popos as long as there decent to me but lately around here there seems to be a lot more powerhungry pricks runnin around with a badge for an excuse to do what they want. from what ive learned in my neck of the woods it seems the older cops that have been around a while are the decent ones that come up and calmly explain what you did wrong and treat you with a bit of respect unless you are a prick to them they treat you pretty good. but they are startin to get few and far between, mostly what we got now days is a bunch of younger fellas fresh out of the acadamy that think the badge gives them a reason to be a prick and they try to nail you for anything they can find. now i am always polite and cooperative with them cuz ive learned in the past it usually turns out best just to be straight up with them, but its gettin harder and harder to do this and to treat them with respect with the way they act.

I assume COC means certificate of contents? I think telling a cop not to do something tends to tell them to do it. Kind of like "Don't look in the trunk" or "Don't look in the glove compartment". It is a pretty good bet he is going to look there, especially if he does not understand what you are talking about.

Chain of Custody but either one works.

i don't think my kids will get away with what me or my parents could get away with when we were teenagers. look at the town i live in Nisswa, 10 years ago we never had a police dept. or niether did any surronding small towns,. now we have 6-8 squads with 2-4 on duty at all times and the city has not really grown at all. but when you need them there nice to have
