D8 3000-4000 rpm bog, HELP!!!!

when I was putting my engine back in after installing the MTNTK FIX KIT i accidently hooked the low oil sensor with to accessory power (too many damn spare connectors on this machine). anyway, when the oil got down it kicked the sensor and back feed the system.... causing it to wack out. anyway, wires are now corrected, dash and all electrical is working fine. HOWEVER, I still have a nasty bog at 3000-4000 RPM. i had this bog as soon as I started the sled after installing the fix kit, i rode 3-4 miles figuring it might clean up due to 40:1 mixture in tank and oil injection. then oil hit low sensor and my dash went out and it wouldn't run right. I'm not sure if the bog is related to the miswiring or not. Any thoughts? it acts like a fouled plug and then cleans right up after 4000 rpms is crisp and seems to pull RPMs. However, didn't have a stretch long enough to see if it would hit 8200.... hit 7900 though. the following were done at the dealer with me by the techs side after discovering the oil line wiring.
- installed brand new polairs reeds
- adjust TPS to spec.
- adjusted oil pump to spec.
- adjusted idle to spec.
- sled is charging fine with everything on drawing as much current as possible..... so it can't be stator related.
- checked compression, 130psi both sides spot on.
- sled fires right up, sound great and idles perfect. but as soon as you give it gas it bogs at 3000-4000 and then clears right up after 4000.
- its not putting out any codes to digital wrench.

other notes, I have a brand new OEM fuel filter installed, throttle bodies are spotless, air box is sealed, throttle body plate is not delaminating or sucking air. running april flash right now without my PV5 hooked up but i looked at my maps from dynotech and none adjust fuel at 3000-4000 so it can't be that.

as stated above it idles great but as soon as you give it gas it bogs, but if you peg it she cleans up once past ~4000 mark and sounds like a fouled plug..... but changed them a few times and no luck.

so a couple questions.
1. are there any sensors that effect just past idle. airbox sensor, temp sensor, etc.

2. how do the 4 injectors work. aren't 2 for low speed and two for high? if that's the case it seems like once the high speed injectors come in it's fine. any clue here guys? just seems like it isn't getting fuel.

3. could the miswiring have caused an intermitant issue with the coil not firing only at 3000-4000 rpm for one cylinder? could it have messed with the ECU??

any help would be greatly appreciated. dealer is going to try swapping out the ECU today and then i don't know. so disscouraged, any help is greatly apprecaited.

Make sure your throttle cable has enough tension.. Slack in the cable can cause the TSS micro switch to not completely compress..

It's possible that hooking the oil level sensor to the accessory plug has caused an issue with the ECM and or Voltage Regulator thus causing the driveability issue. By hooking up the oil sensor to an accessory circuit, you are causing a short to ground on that circuit. Not good.

But first, I would try disconnecting the PCV first and see what happens. The CFI-4 with a fix kit (which is awesome btw, good move) doesn't need near the fuel that a stock piston'd CFI-4 needs. I understand the no fuel being added in that zone.

If completely removing the PCV makes no change, then the quickest course of action would be to try a spare ECM/VR from another sled.

Your understanding of the 4 injectors is correct.

Over oiling a CFI-4 will usually result in low idle and or fouled plugs.
