just curious if it works? know of a guy who used one on a 800 and didnt seem to work well at all, if someone has some real world experience it would be appreciated. thanks my sled is a 09 m1000 with speedwerx y pipe, mbrp can, bdx intake also.

seen only one and it did alright until put up against a slp full exhaust. but it was 5000ft and above, I've heard the d&d works well at lower elevation but have never seen one against anything at less than 5000ft. If it where me I would run the SW pipe because you already have the y.

thats what i was thinkin also, but m,any who are running the speedwerx are going a different route also and dont know why? maybe speedwerx works better on ported engines, i will take to a local shop here tomorrow who had dynoed them all and see what he found out, ill keep you guys posted.

I run the y-pipe, pipe and can. And my 09m1000 runs nice and strong. I had to turn fuel pressure down as all the sensors set the efi Off and the b!tch was dumpin fuel to compensate.
