Cylinder replating in Colorado?

Several years ago I had someone in western colorado replate a bunch of cylinders for me.

I dropped them off at a gas station right off I-70 somewhere between denver and grandjunction and he had them picked up from there. He then replated them and shipped them back.

I cannot for the life of me remember what his business is called and I now have more cylinders I would like him to do.

Do any of you guys know who this is?
