cutting the rev tunnel

I remeber someone on the old forum talking about this, what i was wondering is what you used to cut the tunnel?

I used a 4" angle grinder with a cutting disk on it. Marked it out with a felt and then cut. It took about 5 minutes start to finish.

Used a plasma cutter for mine.

alright thanks alot. so you just marked it and cut right through everything and it dident weaken it to much?

No, mine seems just as stiff as it was before. The cooler alone is REALLY rigid so I dont think we will have any problems.

Looks good and shaves a few grams, you could now switch from light beers...LOL

I dont know about you but I have been trying to figure out a good way to get rid of that extra tunnel under the tunnel bar for a long time, I am sick of packing 60lbs of snow and ice on that section of tunnel, Does anyone have a good template to use for this, it would look really bad if you screw it up.
