cutting out "low rpms" help

got an 08 dragon 700 slp twin race pipes attitude fuel controller. cruizeing down the trail at say 1/4 throttle it cuts out and runs on one cylinder then runs fine for a few seconds then cuts out again but runs perfect on and off the throttle and wot??? any ideas????

You need to find out if you are losing spark in that cylinder or fuel. Seen ecu go bad from regulators and do weird stuff. Also seen injector harness cause a fuel problem on one cylinder.

the egts says it gets really hot so iam guessing its lacking fuel?

its good i dont keep it there iam on and off the throttle constantly as its way to annoying
