Just before Christmas I ordered a clutch kit for a friend to replace the one he bought last year from RKT for his 09 M1k.
He wanted to get a clutch kit that worked in reverse.
I also ordered a stud and nut for my kit as I broke a stud over tightening it.They sent everything but when we opened the box the stud was not there,must of fallen out of the box.
I called Cutlers and they sent me a new stud no questions asked,and my friend is happy as he now has reverse that works everytime.
Now thats customer service!!
