Here are a couple of proto type rear bumpers:

Arctic Cat 1M / King Cat:

Production part of this bumper would have the tab for the cooler integrated as one piece with the bumper side.

Yamaha Viper:

Bumper sides: 3/16 diamond plate aluminum (can be smooth material) CNC cut.
Rear Tube: 1"x1/8 wall aluminum tube, jig bent
Fully welded, sandblasted and powder-coated, your color.

Bumper on Cat above will fit tunnel with no modifications, or tunnel cut as above. This bumper would be about $125. Bumper on Yamaha bolts into factory location, required minor cutting on rear plastics, $100.

PM me if you have an interest.

Also offer powder coating of small parts such as suspension components.

Your bumper looks great. I already have a BDX kit or I would buy one.

I would strongly recommend bringing the side pieces further forward so they can tie into the drop bracket mounts. I cracked my tunnel with the BDX kit and had to plate the inside.

Thanks, I'll incorporate that into the next one. I did plate the inside with 1 1/2 by 1/8 flat aluminum stock, having heard some of the crack stories. So far so good.
