Custom Impulse Turbo Seat

I want to thank everyone for their interest in my seat for the Impulse Gas Tank setup. I am a firm believer that you should know exactly what you are getting so I will post pics Wednesday night showing the new attachment set up. This custom seat is just that, Custom. It is made to whatever height you want, how wide you want it, how soft you want it, what ever colors you want on it and whatever you want it to say.

It is built using the stock seat, it is rock solid. This seat will take the punishment. It is wrapped in full Snow Sport 2 All Sport fabric rated to -60 degrees and has a wear of 30,000 double rubs and it will not fade.

I tried adding padding under my stock seat but it just didn't work for me. When you take the stock foam out you drop the seat down and the soft stuff rides on the tank because you removed the hard plastic shell. On this one we rebuild the hard bottom then build it up from there with seat foam and gel pads. This way you have the solid base and you will never feel the tank.

I am very picking about what I put on my sled. That's why I fabbed this seat. The parts are top notch, I think the pics show how well built it is. Thanks to all the Snowesters who have inquired about the seat.

Here are pics of the seat with attachments to tie it down. There is a brace that connects to the 2 bolt holes where the rear gas cap cover attaches to the tank and a reciever under the seat. The piece in the picture will be a solid piece with no holes in it and will be black. We then used snaps on each side that attach to the side of the tunnel. Keep in mind it will snug down more than in the pics because I do not have the snap receivers riveted onto the tunnel yet. I am also overhauling my sled so there are some wires and hoses hanging around. There will be another option that is more stealth for the front attachment but it is not ready yet. The leather snaps make the seat a quick release, the other under seat system is connected with 2 bolts so taking it off takes a few minutes but you will not see any connecting devices.

We have made a great product even better. We have a rock solid attachment system that you cannot see when looking at the sled. It takes about 5 minutes to put the seat on. It is totally custom to whatever firmness, width and height you want. I will have pics up tonight of the newest seat. Contact me through PM and I will get you my number and pricing. We are out about 3 weeks right now.

The padding in my stock seat, which was added on, looks to possibly have screwed up the option of modding it with your guy. After removing the cover I see they glued it in place. Anyone have a stock seat they want to sell me cheap ASAP?

Here is the seat. This is a customers seat and is not for sale. You can see the 2 bolts underneath that attach to a metal bar that runs under the tank. We can do almost any color and whatever embroidery you want.

I saw this seat yesterday. It is as good or better than a boss seat. I also viewed it again today on a impulse turbo. This IS the best option for this set up. I ordered mine today also. Kevin also has several options for both color and height. I'm doing mine in black with blue trim 3" taller than stock.
