So far I haven't done any benchmarks or Overclocking. I'm in "break in" mode for awhile....

By the way guys, I have some space on the panels still. If you want to do some free sponsoring send me some stickers! Just PM me!

CRAP. Forgot to mention, the total build is just over $4,000.... WITHOUT TAX.

I payed back my parents for the GPU. So I OFFICIALLY own this computer.

Way better use of your time than playing video games!

Now that the build Is over, what's he gonna do haha.

It's like the world of Warcraft south park episode.

Nice build, I wish I had that extra coin laying around for one of those.

Quick bump

So after having some time with this thing... It's a monster.

I finished up doing some lighting and putting a few more fans in.

And just to show you how my room is currently set up during school.

During the summer I move my entire setup into the place I do my homework currently.

That had to be so expensive... Im jelly. What games do you play that requires that much computer capability? Play league of legends?

I bet that thing can handle some mean text documents and games of solitaire:evil:.

Very nice build, i am also one of the many that are jealous.

I actually haven't played games on here yet. I've been doing some test editing at 1080p and everything renders super smooth.

I do get 120 +/- FPS on BF3 on Ultra settings though. Pretty insane.

What temps do you get on the CPU while running prime95 with that cooler. And what kind of cooler is it? (model)

Have you run 3DMark on your GPU?

I haven't done really any testing besides some real world testing. I don't really care about a super high benchmark and the CPU hasn't been tweaked at all. I really don't need anything OC besides the memory. I built a computer that will be dependable for years. Until it has become obsolete I will not be doing any other OC'ing or stress tests. Besides, there's lots of mixed views on Prime95 and other stress tests. I do have CPU-Z but haven't looked into it much.

It's a Corsair H-100

I got a really good deal for mine at $90

Thats like having a 1000 WC and never opening it up just to see what it can do.:face-icon-small-win

I see your point! I'm looking at a different board right now. I'm having troubles over clocking on this board. The CPU that is... I'm currently chaining the multiplier and keeping an eye on the temps and voltages but I can't get over a 38 multiplier.

I have my i5 overclocked to 4.8Ghz and cooled on air. Temps stay alright and i have been running it for probably 2 years or so with zero problems.

I might be getting a new board anyways... I need more PCIE lanes and I don't want to get a raid card... We'll see.

Anyways, I just moved everything back into the office so that I can do some intense editing for this winter. I think school work productivity should increase too...
