Cruise info needed

About 4 months ago I booked and paid for a Disney cruise in January 2012 that was suppose to go to Puerto Vellarta, Cabo, and Mazatlan. I just got an email saying that they decided that instead of the Mazatlan stop we were going to stop in Cabo twice. Well its actually just stay in Cabo for 2 days instead of one.

I have never been on a cruise or to Mexico before. Should I be happy that we aren't going to Mazatlan and spending the extra day in Cabo or upset?

I am pretty upset that they think that they can change the plans after I have already paid for it but maybe Cabo for 2 days is better anyway?

I have not been to Mazatlan so can't tell you what your missing there, but my wife and I have cruised to Cabo. We enjoyed it. I think 2 days there would be great. If you like deep sea fishing and can afford it they have some great Marlin fishing.

Just be glad your skipping the stop to ensenada.

I've been on three different Disney cruises, literally the best cruise line out there if you have kids. THough my only experience with Disney has been in the Caribbean, You'll be happy with the cruise no matter where you end up.

Given the option between cabo and mazatlan I would choose cabo every time, there are a million different things to do there (especially if you like water), really the only thing that youre going to be missing is the possibility of getting kidnapped.

Thanks, just the info I was hoping to hear. I hope that the Disney cruise is worth the extra money. My kids are super excited.

Only bad part is missing a possibly great week of snowmobiling in Jan.
