Crank Shop Mondos

Wondering if anyone else is running these pipes and what your findings are.
Has anyone been having luck with them at elevation?

I just got a set on my 840 and been battling with jetting and clutching, it's getting close but still not quite there yet.

What's your elevation and what are you running for jetting?
Are you running more or less weight?
What rpms have you found these to run the best at?

I'm at 5-9000' currently at 370's with the 800R airbox.
Needles in 2nd notch, 17.5 pilots in PTO and 20's in MAG
So far have lost rpms and have had to clicker up to get back to 8000.

i have a set on my 950. run 420's at 8-10000ft. sounds like you might be jetted a little fat for a 840 with air box on. i run filter pods on mine. you might not be able to get enough air thru the box with the bigger motor and pipes:beer;

Don't think I HAVE the Mondos

After talking with some guys on Dootalk and showing pics I think I got the wrong pipes.
Here's mine.

If you look at the at where the spring connects the two pipes in front it's not in the same spot. Mine is angled and the mondos it looks almost verticle.
Plus I don't think ceramic coating takes up that much more room.
