Crank seals, Injectors, Fuel Pump, ?

Nice.

I had NO IDEA it was YOU that I was riding with on Sunday until Sunday night.
Travis said something at the hot springs, and it clicked when I got home. When I watched your Natural Frequency vid...it all came together.

LOL

I think I've seen your posts on here for several years now. It's a small world, eh?
Nice to meet you in person.

Yeah we figured the Scott we were riding with was Scott from SW haha! Didn't say anything though.. Nice to meet some people on here too!

Still not solved. So far I have replaced:

Reeds
TPS
Ignition Coils and Wires
Exhaust Temp Sensor
Exhaust Valve Solenoid

Still bogging after 5 ish seconds of WOT or heavy riding. When it bogs I usually have to turn out and when that happens, there is fuel all over the snow. It's obviously getting really rich. Doesn't throw a code though

I'm going to try injectors tomorrow.

Anyone else have any input?

My sons sled sounds like it is having the same problem as yours. Though he hasnt had the time to do much trouble shooting. Ran fine all last year. All he has done so far is disconnect the Power commander (didnt help) and check every wiring connection he could find (didnt help), changed plugs (didnt help) Was just like putting the choke on at WOT or under heavy loads. I had taken it out the other day to test ride it. Found a straight flat stretch, WOT for bout 300 yards. First run was bad on top end. for the next 3 runs it slowly cleared up and finally went away.I ran it for about 10 more runs and all was fine. The second run I backed off to 3/4 throttle for a bit and it would stop sputtering, as soon as I opened it up again it would sputter.Sled idles normal and seems to run normal until you get over 3/4 throttle. EGTs are in the 1150-1175 range at the end of the 300yd run. My son said with the power commander disconnected it would run 1300+ egts and still sputter. The problem keeps coming back randomly. :face-icon-small-con

I would be testing the compression... Exhaust valve bellows good? I know lots of 11s had sticking injector issues.

New RK Tech pistons and hi comp head with bout 400 miles, comp is 140 for both, uses Sunoco/premium half and half mix fuel and adds cup of oil every fill. Had exhaust valves apart when pistons were installed, all good. Injectors? Both exhaust temps were within 10 degrees of each other telling me the fuel is consistent. He did gut the airbox also. Sorry, don't mean to hijack your thread, just tryin to stimulate some thought to a similar problem.
